Reduction to Reckless Driving on the Morning of Trial

Sometimes in the law, victory is not complete. But still, finishing the case without a DUI conviction is a major victory for our clients. No outrageous car insurance costs and no DUI on the driving record. And when the state offers a reduction to reckless driving, it is our client's decision, and not ours, as to whether to take it. Our client decided that it was a good deal in this case, and is happy to have had her DUI case reduced to Reckless Driving. She will be off probation in less than three months, and will go forward without a DUI conviction.
