Another Key West DUI Case Reduced to Reckless Driving with Withheld Adjudication

For the tenth time this year, we were able to get DUI charges reduced to a single charge of Reckless Driving with a withheld adjudication. This is important to our client, since it allows him to "seal" his record. Once the record is sealed, anyone searching for records of the arrest or the court case will not see it.
